Description
Italy has more than 400 known shapes of pasta. How many of those you can make?
You will learn how to make:
- semolina dough
- shapes: orecchiette, farfalle, tagliatelle, spaghetti, gnocchetti, maccherroni
At the end of the lesson, we will cook and eat our pasta together.

Nothing. We will provide you with recipes, tools, and an apron so you don’t get messy.
