PASTA
Our Pasta is made from organic durum wheat flour produced by our friend Maria from Bronte (Sicily). We produce fresh homemade pasta every morning in small batches.
150 grams. This is the quantity of raw pasta per portion.
7 minutes. This is the cooking time for your pasta, because it’s fresh and cooked to order.
If you want to try something different, try our Gluten Free red lentil flour Caserecce, with a very high percentage of protein (23%)
SOURDOUGH PIZZA
Our pizza is made from organic flour and sourdough yeast, called “Lievito Madre”. It improves the flavour of pizza and makes it lighter.
Our dough rests for at least 24 hours before it is ready to go into the pizza oven.
