Owner Angelo and his team have spent hours upon hours sourcing and testing the very best gluten-free flours they could get their hands on and now Angelo’s homemade gluten-free pasta is available for customers to try.
Our Gluten-Free pasta is made by a special Red Lentils flour, with 23% of protein and 10% of fibres is a tasty choice for people who need gluten-free or less sugar.
Disclaimer: our gluten-free pasta is made in the same facility and cooker as our regular pasta. We cannot guarantee that our pasta is 100% free of gluten as there is always a possibility of trace amounts crossing over from other kitchen areas. Please consider this when ordering from our menu.
